We had a gentle snowfall going on yesterday, so after Cora and I got back from running some errands in the stroller, I took off her coat (because her arms don't reach to the end of the sleeves) and let her check it out close up. She would touch it once, see that it was cold, and then not want to touch it again. But if we'd move to a new location--a different handrail, a new part of the fence--she'd try again, like maybe
over here is the warm snow.
