I wish I could go back in time to talk to my January 1, 2007, self and tell her that not only is her childless spell finally almost over, but the pregnancy, delivery, and first couple months will go fantabulously. And that her expectations aren't overblown--the start of motherhood really is going to be as great as she hopes it will be. She would have sorely liked to know.
2007 has been very, very good to us. We are excited for 2008.
