High Roller

Cora turns five months old tomorrow, so today, to celebrate, our little late bloomer rolled all the way over. Flat on her back to flat on her tummy (because why start front-to-back like the majority of kids? Do it the hard way first). And to let me know I didn't imagine it, she did it twice. Score one for gross motor skills! And perhaps it was all my squealing, but she looked pretty pleased with herself, too.

She's really turning from little baby to older baby in front of our eyes right now.

She surely is growing up! It's these little milestones that are so reassuring that she really is perfect.
It is also a good feeling to see her pleased when she pleases you. That's a good relationship building.

It's so fun to see your milestones to get a sneak peek of our future. Congratulations on the roll-over! Also reassuring that you've established a weekday routine - that it's possible and this constant feeding schedule will end!
