If you go ahead and actually eat half a jar of pickles like you want to, the next day all that salt will give you some seriously puffy ankles.
Then you can have conversations like
"Look how your ankles are all normal-looking . . . see my ankles?"
"Um, not really. No."
I'm sure my ankle bones are still under there somewhere, but yeah, not so visible at the moment.
Those pickles were really good, though.
And a bonus Geoff moment:
"You don't like rum balls?? But they're full of rum! Name one thing that's full of rum that's not good?!"
"Pirates?"
Can't argue with that.

when i was pregnant... i sucked the salt off pretzels then ate them and drank water with it. my doctor said the salt took away my craving for salt and the water counter acted chemically to help with the swelling. i also had a fresh box under my desk - routine from the guys in the warehouse - to put my feet up so my knees were higher alas less swelling of my feet.
just a thought.
a couple rum balls sound yummy! i remember a guy when i was a kid always had a pocket full of rum balls to share.
tricia
Rum balls?
Yeah, my ankles were swollen too. It was nice to see them again after Seamus was born.
Jen's ankles dissapeared, too.
At one point, the only thing she could wear on her feet was flip-flops.
Rum balls?
Rumsfeld?
Connenction...? I don't know, but I don't like it.
